“’My food’, said Jesus, ‘is to do the will of Him who sent Me and to finish His work.’”
Everyone is born with a specific task from God, and He alone can perform that. The soul remains restless without completion of that.
Our earthly achievements leave a hunger within to get more, but not so with spiritual work. We are nourished not only by what we take in but also by what we share to glorify God.
Real joy of the soul is in doing the Creator’s will and completing the given task!
