PROVERBS 12 : 22
“The LORD detests lying lips, but He delights in people who are trustworthy.”
God’s Word is precious to Him, for He binds Himself in these to fulfill His promises. Being in His image, we also must stick to truth in our speech and behaviour towards others.
A liar is unreliable and likely to desert others in their suffering and pain. God’s love and mercy never flows into and also through such a person to bless and help the one in need.
A joyful God opens the gates of heaven to pour out great blessings on His chosen and also to welcome into His presence!
