“And she (Hannah) was in bitterness of soul, and prayed to the LORD and wept in anguish.”
A person with a broken heart is like an injured bird who withdraws into the shadows. God is with those whose hearts and souls are truly humbled before Him.
He answers their prayers and desires that they fulfill their vows. Do not make a rash promise to God with no intention of carrying it through.
God blessed Hannah and extends His hand to all who are in such pain to fill them with joy!
