Psalm 119 : 67
“Before I was afflicted I went astray,
but now I obey your word.”
A believer is supposed to follow the bounds laid down in the Scripture. Turning away is to move out of the protection and provision of the Lord and suffer harm in every sphere of life.
God permits affliction to test the faith and to turn His wayward children back to Him. Draw near to Him daily and remain in His hands of blessings and love!
