PSALM 40 : 1
“I waited patiently for the LORD; and He inclined to me, and heard my cry.”
Patience is uncomplaining endurance in faith in any distressing situation and touches the merciful heart of God. He takes pleasure in leaning towards such a person.
Any perceived distance between the Lord and His servant is removed. This brings confidence in the fulfilment of God’s promises.
God is always watching over His children, and patience brings and becomes the reward!
