“He sent from above, He took me, He drew me out of many waters.”
King David, looking back on his life, expressed gratitude to God for His active involvement in rescuing him from difficult situations. From heaven, God watches over His sheep, providing them with help and support.
Despite various glaring sins of David, God accepted him back after sincere repentance. Whenever he cried out for help, he found God readily available to pull him out.
God, in His love and mercy, sent His Son to redeem and rescue mankind from the depths of sin and the devil’s control!
