MATTHEW 2 : 11
“They saw the Child with His mother Mary, and they bowed down and worshipped Him.”
Against tradition, the child is mentioned before the mother. Also Joseph is not mentioned and is absent, lest he be taken as the father.
The visitors were guided by the star, saw God in the Child Jesus, and worshipped Him. We have His Word to lead us to Him on a well-defined path.
Let us celebrate His presence in us, worship, and submit to Him every morning afresh!
