1 Corinthians 2 : 9
“What no eye has seen,
what no ear has heard,
and what no human mind has conceived”
the things God has prepared for those who love him.”
God is love, and in His love, He first turns us to Him to teach us to love. The coming of the Lord was to destroy the works of the devil, and the result of that is here on earth. It is presumed that the blessings only pertain to the eternal life in heaven. But the effects of the ministry of the Lord were seen immediately.
The presence of the Holy Spirit, the light of the Word of God to shine for others, and a close relationship with God as Father start here. We receive these in faith!
