1 THESSALONIANS 5 : 19
“Do not quench the Spirit.”
This is about obstructing the work of guidance, strengthening, and provisions of the Holy Spirit in the life of a believer. We do this by deliberately ignoring His Word and prophetic messages through others.
This results in spiritual blindness, a lukewarm attitude, and God’s wrath. God in His mercy has blessed every believer with such a loving Counselor and power source to live abundantly.
Only the one who is submitted to the devil will turn away from such a great blessing!
