LUKE 7 : 13
“When the Lord saw her, His heart went out to her and He said, ‘Don’t cry.’”
With absolute darkness ahead in her life, the widow of Nain was going to bury her only son, who had died. The ‘Light of the world‘ raised him back to life, filling her and all the people with joy.
God is love, and the Saviour Lord displayed his love by reaching out to all those who were suffering. He, being our High Priest in heaven, intercedes for us to bless.
He is living and active, caring and full of compassion for all who seek Him.
