JOB 16 : 20
“My Intercessor is my friend, as my eyes pour out tears to God.”
Job, despite his sufferings, could look beyond his time to the Saviour, our High Priest in heaven. Job saw this as a shadow, but we see clearly, in the mercy of God nailed to the cross.
We pray to thank and seek His help in our pain with confidence in His love. The Holy Spirit in us helps us to pray; Lord Jesus presents our petitions before the Father, and He blesses.
What love, showered on the most undeserving but chosen and blessed!
