“Give us this day our daily bread.”
God wants to have a close relationship with us every moment of our lives. The Israelites received Manna from heaven daily except before the Sabbath.
With this, we acknowledge that God is our provider who sustains us with daily provisions. In this we also develop a sense of gratitude and caring for the poor.
We are to share with others the abundance we receive with assurance that we will receive what we need and when we need it!
