JOB 12 : 16
“Who has ever given to God, that God should repay them?”
God is the source of life and all that we have in the world, for our birth itself is as per His will and purpose. Our donations and good works do not earn us anything from Him.
We worship, obey His Word, and help others to thank God for blessing us with the ability to do so. His mercy saves us by not giving our deserved punishment, and grace gives us what we do not deserve.
“God, our Father, bless us to be a blessing to someone and thus glorify Your name.”
