“Everyone will be salted with fire.”
The fire of trials and suffering tests and purifies, while salt preserves. The Holy Spirit within a believer guides and prays to help overcome.
He saves us to be holy and righteous before God and others, through repentance. For those who reject the offer of salvation, this fire is of judgement and damnation.
We as salt of the earth help others by leading them to the Lord and being preserved for eternity!
