LAMENTATIONS 3 : 24
“‘The LORD is my portion’, says my soul, ‘therefore I hope in Him!'”
It is a deep commitment, not just a mental or emotional relationship. God is my inheritance, and all that I have or will ever receive is from Him.
Then, even in times of sorrow and hardship, God remains my source of hope and provisions. I am sheltered, for He is my ‘Rock of refuge’.
He is faithful and full of mercy to forgive my sins and still love me!
