MATTHEW 10 : 38
“He who does not take his cross to follow after Me is not worthy of Me.”
The disciple must follow Lord Jesus, surrendering to face even death for His kingdom. Then our daily hope focuses on resurrection and eternal life with Him.
This is death to self but living for and in the Lord.
My cross is not about taking my troubles to the Lord but surrendering.
Catch hold of His hand and rejoice in His strength, protection, and provisions!
