On the Day of Judgment, everyone will have to give an account before God of all the works of their lives. Obedience to God’s Word is the responsibility of all mankind.
Our attitude of reverence to the Lord leads to righteous living. Disobedience and evil deeds are clear evidence of the opposite.
Nothing, even our thoughts and desires, is hidden from God, and His eye on us is more to help and guide!
