“This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.”
With His baptism, the Lord was identified with sinful humanity, but in this He was also revealed to mankind. This event also brought God, the Father; God, the Son; and God, the Holy Spirit, together in one place.
Absolute surrender and obedience to God bring great joy to Him. Heaven opened to bless the Lord at the beginning and end of His ministry on earth.
Like Him, we also are blessed of the Lord God to glorify Him!
