“Joseph said to them, ‘Do not be afraid, for am I in the place of God?'”
Joseph was sold into slavery by his brothers, but he forgives and forgets the past. He could set their fears aside even when he could take revenge.
We were rebelling against God in our sinful state, but He forgave our sins and made us part of His family. Instead of punishment, we receive blessings.
When we are sure of our close relationship with God, we can also forgive and forget. Receive Him as your friend now!
