JAMES 1 : 22
“Do not merely listen to the Word and do not deceive yourself. Do what it says.”
Equally important to listen to the Word of God is to live it. The effectiveness of our time in worship and prayer is visible in the inner change in us.
Love for God and His Word must mean love for His creation also. We are created to reflect His glory, as it shines on us, through our closeness to Him.
God’s Word must be the light for our paths to walk in obedience to Him.
“May the Lord help us with understanding and transform us into His likeness, bit by bit.”
