Romans 12 : 21
“Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.”
A Christian has Christ Jesus as the base on which all aspects of his life are based. God loves all of us not due to any good in us but in His grace and mercy. He died for us to set us free from sin and darkness to fill us with His light.
We are to walk in His light and show the way to others to Him. Darkness of evil can only be overcome by light of the goodness of Lord Jesus in us. He desires us to be a blessing to others for He became a curse for us and that is the way He set us on.
