“The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.”
Material possessions and the desire to have more are dashed by a natural disaster in a few moments. Lives are lost with no hope for the future.
The believers have life in knowing the true and Living Lord and His presence in them. Even death does not cause separation but to be in God’s presence in heaven forever.
We must choose life in knowing God, and He will fulfill our needs also!
The world perishes, but those committed to God’s will live forever.
