“For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.”
The Saviour Lord completed His work on the cross, and we walk in freedom through faith. The devil is still free to steal and destroy, and everyone needs protection.
Lord Jesus is our only strength and shield to help us live in His victory. We put on this Shield by being one with Him through His Spirit and His Word.
The indwelling Holy Spirit in a believer is the seal of God and their identity as His children!
