ISAIAH 52 : 14
“His visage was marred more than any man, and His form more than the sons of men.”
Brutal scourging and beating of the Saviour made Him unrecognisable. This was His extreme suffering for the sins of humanity, shocking all those who saw Him.
He Himself entered the deep pit of our suffering from sin to raise us into a new life in Him. He cleansed and made us presentable before our Father in heaven by fulfilling all prophecies.
We worship Him with thanksgiving for He descended from heaven to make us like Him and be with Him forever!!
