EPHESIANS 5 : 19
“Sing and make music from your heart to the Lord.”
Music and singing are meant to connect our whole being with the Object of our singing and to be in His presence. We turn to God to seek His presence, for life to be smooth and free from troubles.
However, God desires our hearts and souls to be fully turned to Him in love. Any worship and singing to praise God, which is not from deep within the heart, is wasted time.
Only then does God feel what we do, and our prayers get aligned with His purpose for our lives!
