1 JOHN 2 : 25
“And this is what He promised us – eternal life.”
Sin brought death and separation from God, and faith in the sacrifice of Lord Jesus brings forgiveness of sin. With this our relationship with God is restored as His children.
We receive His presence in us here to guide and strengthen us to live in obedience to His Word. This transformation, along with the sufferings of life, prepares us to live eternally with Him.
It is not our good works but faith that brings these blessings to all believers!
