“I am the Lord’s servant, Mary answered. ‘May your word to me be fulfilled.’”
An unmarried girl becoming pregnant risked being stoned to death. Nobody would have believed her about the Holy Spirit being the instrument of her pregnancy.
Mary obeyed the call to serve God and took up her cross, which her Son would later ask all believers to do. Do not wait to find ways to overcome the expected problems; step forward and surrender to the call.
God gives a chance to every believer to serve Him in a unique way, but not all take it!
