1 PETER 3 : 17
“For it is better, if it is God’s will, to suffer for doing good than for doing evil.”
We receive from God love with spiritual and material blessings. The forces of evil in the world would attack you more for doing good, for our conduct becomes contrary to their way.
Sinful works bring their consequences and punishment, but suffering for good is a blessing. We must continue to live in obedience to God’s will even if we are despised.
God guides and provides us to share and thus glorify Him through our good works!
