MARK 5 : 10
“And he begged Jesus again and again not to send them out of the area.”
The legion, or more than six thousand demonic spirits afflicting the man, submitted to the authority of Lord Jesus. For fear of the devil, they sought to stay in the same area only.
Till the Day of Judgement, the evil spirits under the devil’s control operate to afflict mankind. A believer enjoys authority and freedom from them in the Messiah’s name.
The devil destroys, but all those who turn to the Lord receive abundant life now and are in His presence forever!
