“Israel has rejected the good; the enemy will pursue him.”
When one turns from the way of God, he turns towards the ways of evil and darkness. The enemy looks for such people to equip them to work for him.
A believer faces the devil in the authority of the Lord. When Israel rejected the way to obedience to the Lord, the enemy used all means to destroy their faith and lives.
The indwelling Holy Spirit empowers us to discern right from wrong but leaves the choice for us to follow!
