MATTHEW 27 : 30

“They spit on Him,and took the staff and struck Him on the head again and again.”
The Roman soldiers mocked the Son of God and humiliated Him while driving the crown of thorns into His skin. He suffered for all of us, to save us for Himself.
He endured not in weakness, but in the strength of His Divine power and willful submission to the Father in heaven. In all of His humanity, the love of both the Father and the Son is manifested.
We humbly submit to this mercy and grace, to readily witness to others and lead them to salvation!
