MATTHEW 21 : 9
“Blessed is He who comes in the name of the LORD! Hosanna in the highest!”
As Prince of Peace, Lord Jesus rode into Jerusalem on the colt and not as a warrior on a horse. The people were filled with joy, for they had been waiting for His coming in glory.
They expected Him to free them from Roman rule and be their King. He is our Saviour who equipped us to be victorious over our selves, our thoughts, desires, and evil longings from deep within.
He is worshipped in heaven by the angels and on earth by the believers.
