A lie brings fear of being exposed, but the truth desires larger circulation. Lord Jesus is the truth and the source of it and frees us from slavery to sin, self-deception, and the devil.
He is the way and the truth that reveals the sure way to heaven. True freedom is not to do all that pleases us but to be and do what God desires.
