We are to love God with our whole being, mind, heart, soul, and strength. We are attacked through our thoughts and desires.
We read and meditate on the Word of God to be encouraged and strengthened. At times when we are disturbed, we must preach the promises of God to ourselves.
We stumble and fall only when our focus is on the storms and not on the one who calms them and leads us to safety!
