This is not a call to inaction but to recognise the sovereign authority of God over everything. Submit to God and seek His blessings for every plan before starting.
God works in and through us to execute His plans and provides all that is required for it to succeed. Seek discernment to understand the difference between His and our works.
The Holy Spirit is our teacher and helper to lead us on the paths of success.
